My interests keep changing all the times,
because my guiding principle is that we are better people if we have basic
philosophy right. Developing a philosophy about life, establish one's values
system is a long and tedious process and it takes a lot of ups and downs.
But as they say,
'Its not the end, its the
journey, that makes you who you are...'
(I don't know who said that, or whether anybody said that or not.. but
sounds like every great guy would have uttered such words sometime or the
other. If not feel free to quote me with that.)

This
is one of my interests that keeps propping up of and on.... and at time
I seriously try to get
some trivia into my head. Trivia helps me keep
myself curious about the things nobody cares about,
and it makes me
sound pedantic so that I can come out of a few argumnts gracefully.
However, it
is something I will try to be reasonably up-to-date. There

Books |
I like reading
business books, which deals with issues of making more money, harness
the unknown
circumstances arising out of changes environment. This is
the list, which I have read and found very
good in terms of enabling one
to go beyond the symptoms and finding real disease, well almost. If
nothing else these books gives one a mental frame to make businesses
stay more profitable an competitive
in the long term. |

Business Strategy
is something I deeply enjoy reading about, and the good thing about this
is that it is
mostly common sense, retrospectively. The process of
finding the optimal long term direction and making
the business
implement and stay competitive gives real joy and satisfaction.

This is my recent
liking, and I don't know why I like learning it. But it is certainly
more pleasing than
just the resume value. Here are a few links that are

Information
Technology |
Not because it
provides for my job, Information Technology is very interesting also.
Many in the field
are so addicted to it that they are thrilled just
finding a computer. I have found some of the links, which
give good
scientific manner of learning, and will make it more enjoyable as well.
but as always, it is mostly
links and not generated by me... so enjoy
the ride into the world of IT. |

Black Jack |
This is a very
famous card game that caught my fancy while I went to Casino. I liked it
so much that I
spent a lot of night hours playing it on my laptop. I am
trying to pick it up in an organized way. Some
links and literatures are
